Okay, I have a confession: I don’t really like radishes. Actually I have another confession: When I made that first confession, I was being polite.

So, why did I pick a feature that… um… features a vegetable that I loathe? For one thing, everyone else in my family really likes radishes. And because ferments are amazingly good for you, and we try to eat a bit at every meal, and I think that fermented radishes would mix it up nicely.

But the real reason I picked this post is because I think it will make me like radishes. My husband has an intense dislike of cucumbers, but he likes pickles just fine. Same idea. Plus I am just not okay with going for the rest of my life loathing radishes. Not gonna happen. There simply has to be a way to prepare them in a way that makes me like them. And I kinda think this is it. 🙂
