Chicken Soup. Chicken Soup with Rice. A warming, delicious soup that I am absolutely positive I do not enjoy often enough. Which is why I chose Homemade Chicken and Rice Soup from The Adventure Bite as my featured post this week.

It looks fabulous, doesn’t it? Plus I just love that it is a “leftover” soup. Everyone should have a big pile of recipes that use up leftovers — and this one is now sitting on the top of my pile! 🙂
