From the Farm Blog Hop… Lemon Citrus Vinegar Cleanser

From the Farm Blog Hop

Happy Friday! And happy From the Farm Blog Hop Day! I can’t wait to see what you’ll be sharing with us this week! 🙂

This week I chose How to Clean Green: DIY Lemon Citrus Vinegar All-Purpose Cleanser from Urban Naturale as my featured post.

I have to say, I loathe most commercial cleaning products. The chemical smell of them hurts my nose, I hate to see the plastic bottles filling up my recycling bin, and… I just sprayed something with a huge warning label, including instructions to call Poison Control if ingested, on the surface where I’m about to prepare my food… or let my baby crawl?!? I think not.

Okay, my babies are pretty much past the crawling stage (though you never know with the ten-year-old crowd), which just goes to show you how long it has been since I used a commercial cleaner. 😉

So obviously I LOVE this post by Urban Naturale! This recipe is completely safe to use around kids and pets — hey, they could probably even eat it — and it has got to smell amazing.

And, yes, I did just buy a big pile of lemons today… so I’ll be brewing up my own batch of this cleanser just as soon as I can find a good recipe for the rest of the lemon!!!

Now, let’s get on with the party, shall we??? This week’s favorites:
