Hello, and welcome to another My Week on Wednesday!
Last week we talked all about Planning Spring’s Garden. I shared links to help you decide how and what to grow, as well as some tips for “special needs gardens” … you know, for people who have tiny yards, or shady yards. (I happen to have both; aren’t I lucky?)
But before we get on with Starting Seeds, I want to share two posts that I somehow missed last week! Because my yard is so small, I get most of my fruits and vegetables from the Public Market, and other farmers that I know and trust. Very little of what ends up on my pantry shelves or in the freezer actually comes from my garden. The vast majority of my garden space is devoted to things that will be eaten fresh, or are there for the bees and butterflies.
