My Facebook Followers will know that on Monday I got an impromptu cheese-making lesson when I stopped in to visit a friend and found her a few minutes into making 30 Minute Mozzarella. In less than a half-hour we were eating seriously delicious, fresh, homemade mozzarella cheese.
Now, I have been wanting to make cheese for a while now… but I had sort of been under the impression that it was difficult or complicated or required a huge amount of counter space… or something. Not true!
And it was easy! No chemistry or culinary degree required. I promise!
For some of these recipes you can march straight into your kitchen right now and make them! How cool is that?
