Happy Friday, and welcome to another From the Farm Blog Hop! We are so happy that you could join us this week, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll be sharing with us!!!
You guys, I am really sorry about last week. Sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning my dog, Luna, ate something that made her very sick. At first we thought rat poison… but then the vet thought maybe she ate a mushroom, or that the culprit was a mold or fungus growing in last year’s leaves! Whatever it was, she spent all day Thursday in the vet’s office, and for a while, they really thought she was going to die. But she didn’t, and she spent Thursday night on the couch with me watching Vampire Diaries (don’t judge) for the whole night… because she needed to be monitored. I brought her back to the vet on Friday for fluids… and she came home that night, tired, but with a clean bill of health!
So… while I didn’t exactly forget about you, there just wasn’t anything I could do about it!!!
I know you guys forgive me. 🙂
Also, I forgot Earth Day. But it turns out everyone forgave me for that, too, because the most popular Quote of the Day on my Facebook page was the quote I meant to put up for Earth Day, but actually put up a few days later. 🙂
It’s one of my favorites!!!
