This is kind of a sad post to write. This is where I have to say that, after much deliberation, my fabulous co-hosts and I have decided to end this hop.
We have had a lovely 2 years with this hop, but all good things must come to an end.
No, it’s not you, it’s US.
Each of the co-hosts started this as a way to get “out there” and really get to know other bloggers, have our content become known or just as a way to have fun. We’ve all grown from this and do not regret one single week.
But it’s time to move on. Each of us have other projects we need to be working on.
I–and this is the very first time I am saying it on this blog–am hard at work writing a young adult novel that has almost nothing to do with homesteading!
I will miss you. I will miss reading your posts! I will miss being inspired by each and every one of you!
I’m not disappearing completely, though. I regularly post on Instagram and I hope you have already “liked” me on Facebook! You can also find me on Pintrest.
You can also join our From the Farm Pinterest board and keep on pinning your awesome stuff!
Click here to follow the board and leave a comment to be added. We can’t wait to see what else you are coming up with! Thanks again for being here and we hope to see you often!!!

Please Note: Some of the links found at Once Upon a Time in a Bed of Wildflowers are affiliate links. I often include these links to illustrate exactly what product I am talking about. You may be able to find the product cheaper somewhere else, including your own grocery store! However, if you use an affiliate link to enter a shopping site (such as Amazon.com), and do decide to make a purchase, we may receive a small commission. There is no additional cost to you, however these commissions help us to support this blog, and sometimes to buy dog food! We are very grateful for your support!
We only ever promote products and businesses that we believe will be helpful to our readers.
So sad to see the hop go, but I totally understand the workload thing… I’ve already followed the board, not sure where to comment… Can I be added from this comment?
Good luck with your new adventures!
