Pumpkin Spice Tea

Pumpkin Spice Tea | Once Upon a Time in a Bed of Wildflowers

I decided to make a batch of Mama Natural’s Creamy, Dreamy Paleo Pumpkin Bites, which turned out to be all sorts of creamy and dreamy, and basically little bites of Pumpkin Pie Heaven.

(And, also, not “properly paleo”  because I used 1 cup of cream, and 1/2 cup of whole milk in place of the coconut milk; decadent, I know.)

But before I got to the part about Pumpkin Pie Heaven… I found that after I had filled my little pumpkin shaped mold thingy (affiliate link) I had a couple tablespoons of creamy, dreamy pumpkiny goodness leftover.

Obviously I couldn’t let all that deliciousness go to waste… not to mention all that maple syrup, cream, and gelatin(also an affiliate link).

I thought about just spooning it up and eating it. (It was still warm!)

I thought, briefly, about tracking down one of the countless pumpkin spice recipes and… yeah, right. Like that was gonna happen.

All I really wanted to do was curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and…

Tea…

Tea…?

Tea…? Really?

Why not? There is pumpkin spice everything else, after all. Why not  have pumpkin spice tea?

Okay, then. All that creamy, dreamy pumpkinness was going in my tea.

And it was pretty freaking delicious!

What you need:

1 large cup of black tea

2-3 tablespoons Creamy, Dreamy Paleo Pumpkin Bites mix (before it sets up)

couch (optional)

Stir the Creamy, Dreamy Paleo Pumpkin Bites mix into the tea. Curl up on the couch (optional.) Enjoy.`
